Media Lead - Digital and Technology - London

Our client is one of the world’s most admired companies.  It’s a matrix organization – the Manager title reflects a competent leader with about 7 to 15 years’ experience.

This Manager will drive Media and Analyst Relations within the UK for the Digital and Technology sectors at this huge technology consulting firm.  The role includes development and promotion of “Big Push” campaigns in the media to help prepare the landscape for lead generation and sales. The candidate is expected to work closely and competently with the UK and the global media & analyst relations teams. 

The right person for this role possesses excellent writing skills and has strong knowledge of technology and business media. This Manager has the confidence and poise to offer sound professional advice to senior leaders and can develop & execute excellent media strategies. 

This person will manage and develop professional working relationships with key journalists and clients and also understand how to work with industry analysts.  This Manager will provide media training for spokespeople as necessary and manage relevant relationships with PR agencies.

Bottom line skills include strong oral and written communications, ability to work independently yet very collaboratively, ability to apply message development skills, and have a global perspective and understanding of the digital and technology business marketplace.
