Director, Employee Communications - B2B Company - NJ
Some experience working with organizations undergoing
cultural change would be very helpful.
There are actually two Director level opportunities.
One of these roles focuses on the Sales and Service sector of the business. Here we are looking for someone who has
worked with these areas within a company, helping with original and strategic
communications for the global sales force as well as customer solutions and
customer service teams. Help senior
leaders to engage their teams. Provide
new communications channels and approaches.
The other Director level position is geared toward
the Global Operations. This Director will be responsible for engaging
employees and curating peer to peer conversations among them. This is an exciting opportunity because it
gives the opportunity to pioneer new communications channels and approaches. Work will include quarterly town hall
meetings, intranet content and special projects and serving as a business
partner to the Leaders in this sector of the business.
