The role of the Senior Manager is to raise the profile of our cient’s Corporate Communications initiatives and increase media
share-of-voice across all markets. This senior level role will really move the dial and so it is very important to the company.
The Sr Manager will design and execute strategies and campaigns that promote the company's high performance business strategies and global marketing initiatives and will maximize opportunities for positive positioning in Tier 1 traditional and social media.

We are looking for a
strategic thinker with strong media relationships and proven experience developing and leading corporate/or talent-focused tier one stories.
The Senior Manager will create compelling, timely materials
to support campaigns, briefings, report submissions, press announcements, etc. S/he will conduct and analyze
market/competitor/influencer research as input to positioning and external
marketing and communications plans.
The Senior Manager will manage marketing services resources
and third party service providers, e.g., agencies, designers, writers. S/he will define and track metrics to assess
effectiveness of corporate marketing programs and initiatives.
We are looking for someone with a BA and a minimum of nine
years of integrated marketing experience with an emphasis on
communications. We would like this
person to have at least seven years with a PR agency.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to partner with
and influence senior executives through relationship building and executive
level presence and will provide strategic support and counsel. This Senior Manager should have exceptional
media relations skills and ability to develop stories and understand news
cycles, particularly those related to talent trends/issues.
S/he will also have exceptional writing skills and the
versatility to write and edit for a wide range of audiences from business to
technical, including releases, Q and As, white papers, etc.
We'd like to hire someone with Innovative problem solving and design
skills, strong business acumen, strong supervisory, coaching and project
management skills, good at organizing and multi-tasking.
If that’s not enough, we also want excellent negotiation skills,
good mediation and influencing skills and you
should demonstrate leadership as well as teamwork and collaboration in a
professional setting.
