Marketing/Licensing Manager - NYC

My client is the exclusive agent and distributor of the CLEI Srl space saving line of products from Italy and operates the Flagship Resource Furniture showroom in New York City. Interest in this line is mushrooming, and we are looking for someone to join the team to manage the licensing process across North America. This position has tremendous potential!

Initially, the Manager will follow up on existing licensing leads, and then begin to generate new leads for potential licenses in all major markets in Mexico, Caribbean, USA and Canada. This will include the marketing and planning to develop the leads, in coordination with the PR firm. Create presentations, training aids, marketing materials, etc.

Handle all potential licensees from their first contact, through visit to NY showroom, licensing agreements, compliances, training, etc. Once on board, the Licensing Manager will assist with real estate needs, showroom specifications, and local marketing counsel. Continue to stay in touch with all licensees through monthly licensee/dealer newsletter and quarterly visits. Create sales promotion events and contest awards such as free trips to Italy.

Ensure the Licensees are using the marks and Branding of Resource Furniture properly; that showrooms are properly maintained; that terms of the license are fulfilled, that staff are properly trained and presentable; that quarters are well maintained and the all imaging of Resource Furniture is properly done, etc. See to it that the Licensees are advertising and marketing as agreed upon in their licensing agreement.

The Manager will compile and maintain all marketing materials including videos, tearsheets, factory contacts, price lists, etc.
